You are fiercely independent: able to handle the to-do list, and your friends & family can always count on you. When you have built a life on putting others first, it can be petrifying to ask for help and to admit to having needs.
You also know that there some things that have helped: therapy has worked for you in the past, when you have struggled to find a way forward in your relationship, career, creative, or inner life.
